LowerLeft Designs is the parent company of Phunkshun Wear. If you receive an email from a @lowerleftdesigns.com address, don’t worry - it’s us!

Every order from phunkshunwear.com is sent with a tracking number. You will have received this by email after checkout. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Once the order arrives, you will get another notification to say it's there.

If your tracking shows your order has arrived, but you haven't received it yet then please send an email to shop@lowerleftdesigns.com, and we can file a claim with the carrier. We suggest waiting 24 hours between claimed delivery time and filing a claim. Delivery notifications are controlled by the carrier.

Our North American store ships to both Canada and the USA. Currently, Phunkshun Wear online ordering is not available in countries outside North America. However, you may use our Store Locator to find retail partners near you.

It's common for the tracking to indicate delivery while the parcel is en route. Please allow an additional 2-3 days. If you still haven’t received your order, contact us at shop@lowerleftdesigns.com.

Our Standard Tracked shipping option utilizes rate shopping to identify the most cost-effective and efficient carrier. Typically, we use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

We currently ship to most regions in North America, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Nunavut and the Yukon. If we do not yet ship to your country, use our store locator to find the nearest retail store carrying gogglesoc products.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email shop@lowerleftdesigns.com with your order number and return request, and we’ll get the ball rolling.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been worn.

You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Products purchased from a local retailer are subject to that retailer’s own return and exchange policies, so your best bet is to contact the store directly.

At Phunkshun Wear, we're dedicated to delivering high-quality products. If you happen to receive a defective or damaged Phunkshun Wear product, we're here to help. Simply take a photo of the product and email it to shop@lowerleftdesigns.com. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

To make a warranty claim, please email shop@lowerleftdesigns.com with details of the issue, along with any relevant photos of your Phunkshun Wear product.

To request a return, simply email shop@lowerleftdesigns.com and we'll get the ball rolling. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed and appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Phunkshun Wear products purchased from an authorised retailer are subject to that retailer's return and exchange policies. If you have any questions about a return or exchange, please contact the retailer you purchased the product from directly.

It comes down to layers. Single is one layer of recycled fabric, light and breathable, built for warm days and high-output laps. Double is two layers with a water-repellent ECO-DWR finish, your all-season everyday pick. Thermal adds a Polartec® microfleece lining for the coldest days winter can throw at you.  

Yes. Every Phunkshun Wear product is made from fabric spin out of post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, and we've been doing it since 2012. Out water-repellent finish is a bio-based PFC-free ECO-DWR, so you get the performance without the forever chemicals.

We do! Our youth is designed for mini shredders aged 3-12 years. 

The linup covers the Youth Double Tub, Youth Thermal Tube and Youth Thermal Balaclavas, all cut from the same recycled fabric as the adult gear, just sized for smaller faces. Soft mesh linings, PFC-free ECO-DWR and helmet-friendly fits. Built for ski school, snowball fights and one-more-lap negotiations.

Most people are happiest starting with a Double. It handles the majority of days on the hill and it's usually the worn that gets worn the most. 

If you're building out a full kit over time, a nice setup is a Single for spring and warmer days, a Double for everything in between, and a Thermal for when winter really shows up.
